Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting little arvo. Each piece is made to order with care and craftsmanship. Please read the policy below before making your purchase.

Due to the nature of made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if you do receive an incorrect or damaged item, please follow the steps below for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@littlearvo.com
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase and photos of received item is required
- Return postage costs are customer's responsibility
- We recommend using tracked postal service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your returns have been received and assessed, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Non Returnable Items

Sale and clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
